Sheer Dogness Cancellation Policy 

Dog Daycare services cancelled within 24 hours of the start of the reservation will be 100% of the cost of services.   

Our drop-off and pick-up times are as follows: 

Tuesday-Friday Hours: 7-9am & 3-5pm 

Saturday-Monday Hours: 8-10am & 4-6pm 

Please be sure to arrive within the pick up and drop off time window as we will be implementing a flat rate of $10 after 15 minutes past that window. $1/minute will be added to that fee past the 15 minutes. (We will take permitting weather into account). 

Dog Boarding services cancelled within 1 week of boarding will be responsible for 50% of the cost of booking.  Boarding services cancelled within 48 hours will be responsible for 100% of the cost of booking.  To book any boarding services, a 25% deposit is required. 2 weeks prior to the start of the booking, this deposit will become non-refundable. 

Please be sure that your reservations are confirmed through our software before your arrival.  Meet and Greets are required prior to all services unless stated otherwise.  You may request services, they will not be accepted until vaccines are uploaded and a meet and greet is completed.

Update: Boarding is now charged by day and there will no longer be halfday fees.  You may drop off/pick up any time within our time windows without extra fee! 

When packing for your dog, as a general rule of thumb, only pack things that your dog will not ingest or choke on. Keep in mind there will be times when your pup is in their kennel unsupervised with the items you bring. We require you to bring a non-retractable leash, a collar with tags, enough food for your dog’s stay plus a couple extra meals, and any medications/supplements they may need.

Non-required but acceptable items include beds/blankets, chew/favorite toys, retractable leash, Kong-like toys, and favorite treats! If you bring a bowl, please label the bottom with your dog’s name in permanent marker. All items need to be able to fit into a reusable grocery bag aside from beds to ensure we have enough space for everyone’s things and that personal items do not get lost.

When packing up food, please either bring a dog food container or large gallon food storage bags with your dog’s name and daily intake labeled.

Before boarding, we always recommend practicing “FOMO training” which involves crate/settle training. Simply getting your dog used to being crated in general and learning to maintain space from you even if it’s from across the room will help your dog build their boarding skills! You can consult with your dog trainer for specific methods or ask our knowledgeable staff.

We require all dogs to be up to date with their Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella. Titre testing with a vet’s note is also accepted!

Please be sure to ensure the entire vaccine record is clear and visible upon uploading. We need to be able to see due dates of vaccines, proof of alteration (spay or neuter), and the veterinary clinic.

After uploading your vaccine records, the system requires our staff to manually input the due dates.

7:00am-9:00am: Daycamp Arrivals and Boarding Pick-Up/Drop-Offs (All by Appointment!)

9:00am-11:30am: Pack Hikes and Enrichment

1:30pm-3:00pm: Group Play Rotations

3:00pm-5:00pm: Daycamp Pick-Ups Boarding Pick-Up/Drop-Offs (All by Appointment!)

9pm: Final Potty Breaks and Tuck-Ins for Boarders
